Tate Britain has scheduled a series of curator-led tours connected with Vanessa Bell & Duncan Grant: Inside Bloomsbury, an exhibition examining the artists’ creative partnership and their central role in the Bloomsbury Group.
The first one-hour tour will take place on 28 November 2026, followed by dates in December, January, February, March and April. The exhibition itself runs from 12 November 2026 until 11 April 2027 at Tate Britain’s Linbury Galleries.
According to Tate, the exhibition brings together more than 300 works, including portraits, still lifes, landscapes, ceramics, textiles and decorated furniture. A reconstruction of the artists’ studio, relocated from Charleston in Sussex, is one of the central features. The project is organised by Tate Britain in collaboration with Charleston.
The tours give visitors additional curatorial context for a partnership that shaped modern British art for more than five decades. They also provide a structured way to explore how Bell and Grant connected fine art, interiors and experimental approaches to everyday life.
