Mission Gallery Invites Artists to Shape Pan-Wales Sustainable Artist Network

Mission Gallery is hosting an online consultation on 4 November 2026 to gather input from artists on the development of a Pan-Wales Sustainable Artist Network.

Mission Gallery has announced an early-stage consultation for artists interested in contributing to the creation of a Pan-Wales Sustainable Artist Network. The consultation will take place online on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, from 1:30 to 2:30 pm.

The session will be led by artist Bronwen Gwillim together with the Mission Gallery team. Artists are invited to share their thoughts and ideas about what the network could look like, what it could offer, and how it could support artists across Wales.

While the main consultation will be held online, the project team will also be available at Mission Gallery during the day for additional engagement. Links to join the online session will be provided closer to the event date.

This consultation offers artists across Wales a chance to influence the development of a network focused on sustainability in the arts sector. The closing date for participation is 4 November 2026, which is the same day as the consultation.

The initiative aims to gather input from the artistic community to help shape a network that addresses the needs and aspirations of Welsh artists. Mission Gallery’s facilitation of this consultation highlights its ongoing commitment to supporting artistic collaboration in Wales.

Why it matters

The consultation provides Welsh artists with a direct opportunity to shape a new network dedicated to sustainability in the arts. By participating, artists can influence how the network supports their work and fosters sustainable practices across Wales, potentially impacting the future of the Welsh arts community.
